Unlike most of the reviews here, we stayed at the motel - for several days in fact. We found the motel lacking in amenities for families (no, we did not watch the "show" - if we had, we would likely not have come) and the food was the quality of a holiday inn at prices exceeding capital grille - more than $400 for a dinner for 4 with no alcohol on the bill. The room was nice and the staff were friendly, so that was helpful. Ultimately, with better family amenities and much improved quality of food at fair prices, I would have given the motel a 4 star review given its location. However, if this motel were in a location with other viable options, it's a 3 star stay all day long.

Not 5 star as Sarah Baeumler would have everyone believe. More like 2 star
Our room was not detailed properly, daily maid service was inadequate, no floor swept as well as the deck was not cleaned pre our visit.
The entrance door to the room was binding and not fitted properly as was the bathroom door.
First evening dinner was served almost cold and the server when told merely said that she would tell the chef.
The dining room and coffee shop was very ambiant.

If you followed the show and did your research you would certainly know this beautiful resort is really geared towards adults. Children are welcome but I personally would not have brought children to this resort knowing what I know about this beautiful facility.
